Olympic medallist Victoria Pendleton has revealed that not knowing what the public think of her is "hard" to deal with.
The 32-year-old, who retired from cycling following her success at the London 2012 Games, has survived the public vote thus far on BBC One show Strictly Come Dancing.
"If the results on a Sunday night really are announced in no particular order, why have they never announced my name first?" Pendleton writes in the Radio Times.
"Under that spotlight those few minutes feel like a lifetime. It's so hard performing week in and week out not knowing what people's opinion of you really is."
Pendleton will dance once again in front of the judges this Saturday with professional partner Brendan Cole.
