Paralympic champion Oscar Pistorius will appear in court in South Africa tomorrow morning on suspicion of murder.
The double amputee was expected to be formally charged with murdering his 30-year-old girlfriend Reeva Steenkamp in Pretoria Magistrates' Court today but the date has been delayed.
It is understood that Pistorius, who is accused of shooting the former FHM model in the arm and the head in the early hours of today, will appear in court tomorrow morning at 7am UK time, according to Sky Sports News.
The 26-year-old, who competed at the Olympic and Paralympic Games in London last summer, is thought to have been arrested and questioned by police following the incident, and is the only suspect in the murder case.
A 9mm pistol was found at Pistorius's home, where previous calls of "allegations of a domestic nature" had been alerted to South African police.
Police have confirmed that they will oppose an application of bail.
