Norwich City midfielder Gary O'Neil is expected to go on trial twice in December on two separate speeding charges.
East Suffolk Magistrates' Court heard that the 32-year-old had been clocked driving at 97mph in his BMW in Norfolk on February 8, and six weeks later, was caught travelling at 103mph in Suffolk.
According to Ipswich Star, O'Neil will be tried for one offence on December 4 and the other on December 10, with both cases given two-hour time slots in court.
The former West Ham United and Queens Park Rangers footballer was not present in court when the offences were discussed.
