Zinedine Zidane and Patrick Vieira have both pulled out of today's UNICEF charity match at Old Trafford following last night's terror attacks in Paris.
The former France international duo were due to represent the Rest of the World against a Great Britain XI side, but opted to instead withdraw in the wake of the coordinated attacks in their homeland.
Brazilian Paris Saint-Germain full-back Maxwell also decided against playing, although French pair Robert Pires and Mikael Silvestre will both play a part.
In Zidane's absence, Luis Figo took over captaincy duties for the ROW side in a match that got underway at 3pm.
