Rayo Vallecano's ground has been temporarily closed for safety reasons after several complaints from fans.
The decision was made after supporters who attended the home fixture against Sevilla on August 19 informed the club that the ground was in a 'dangerous state', complaining of debris and dust, as well as scaffolding poles being left out.
Renovation work was carried out at the venue in order to improve facilities, following the club's return to the Spanish top flight.
"La Liga will work to find a solution that suits all parties for the upcoming matches," read a statement from La Liga.
Rayo's upcoming home match against Athletic Bilbao on Saturday has been postponed as a result of the complaints.
