The Spanish police have revealed on their official Twitter account that they received complaints of robbery from football fans following Real Madrid's victory over Elche last night.
Carlo Ancelotti's side secured a late 2-1 win over Elche after they were awarded a controversial penalty in stoppage time, which Cristiano Ronaldo slotted home.
The authority's Twitter page @policia revealed that they had received 120 complaints just 10 minutes after the match, and added a tongue-in-cheek message that they would do everything they could do to help.
The referee was met with a chorus of boos and jeers from the Elche fans on the final whistle of the game.
