Real Madrid star Cristiano Ronaldo has reportedly parted with £20,000 to have a life-sized waxwork of himself made for his home in Spain.
The Portugal international, who won the Ballon d'Or for a third time in January, is said to have come up with the idea after seeing the Museum of Wax's version in Madrid.
Ronaldo reportedly contacted sculptor Michael Wade to create a brand new waxwork to display in his mansion.
Wade told The Sun: "We still had the mould that we'd used to sculpt him in 2013, so this copy was a complete duplicate. And Ronaldo sent us a football kit and his latest boots to make it up to date.
"We left the hair alone, because that's exactly how he wanted it. We put all the hair in, one at a time and then, in Madrid, his hairdresser came along to cut it."
Ronaldo is yet to score for Madrid this season following three games.
