Stewart Downing has celebrated his 30th birthday with a round of crazy golf during West Ham United's pre-season tour of New Zealand.
The defender, who joined the club last summer, turned 30 yesterday.
The club shared a picture of his round on their Twitter feed to celebrate the occasion:
