Jockey Davy Russell won the RSA Chase title on board Lord Windermere at the Cheltenham Festival this afternoon.
However, the seven-year-old gelding may not have claimed the victory had it not been for a fall by Boston Bob at the final fence.
Having been encouraged along by Paul Townend on the bend, Boston Bob hit the front and looked as though it was going to win the race by several lengths. The Irish horse didn't leap high enough though, and crashed to the ground with the home straight at his mercy.
That presented both Lyreen Legend and Lord Windermere with the opportunity, which the latter took to win by a couple of metres from his rival.
Hadrian's Approach, who was ridden by Barry Geraghty, took third spot.
