Big Buck's won his 18th race in a row by comfortably taking the Sportingbet Long Distance Hurdle at Newbury this afternoon.
Ridden by Ruby Walsh, Big Buck's was a clear winner ahead of his stablemate Five Dream.
"He's a wonderful horse, he's bombproof," said Walsh. "As soon as he got on the track he came alive today and travelled beautifully.
"From the time we quickened up from the cross fence he was just coasting.
"He's a bit of an oddball, but I suppose all geniuses are the same."
The Paul Nicholls-trained nine-year-old has won the Long Distance Hurdle four years in a row.
