Tiger Roll has held off a storming late charge from Pleasant Company to win the 2018 Grand National at Aintree Racecourse.
The 10-1 chance, ridden by the experienced Davy Russell, surged clear of the rest of the field late on.
However, Tiger Roll struggled in the final strides, with Willie Mullins's Pleasant Company charging home.
Nonetheless, the eight-year-old held on to give Russell his first Grand National success.
In addition, trainer Gordon Elliott secured a second win in the famous race after the victory of Silver Birch a decade ago.
Elliott also saddled the third, veteran chaser Bless The Wings, with another Irish raider, Anibale Fly, coming in fourth.
Bryony Frost, one of three female jockeys in the race, had an excellent run on Milansbar in fifth.
