Jack Hughes is confident that Huddersfield Giants are now ready to push up the Super League table, having ended their three-game losing streak over the weekend.
The Claret and Golds ran out convincing 38-14 winners against Catalans Dragons on Sunday afternoon to climb up to fifth place in the standings.
On the back of the seven-try victory, Hughes was quick to praise the Giants' attack, which successfully clicked into gear at the John Smith's Stadium.
"Things felt an awful lot better out there against the Dragons," the on-loan Wigan Warriors back-row forward is quoted as saying by the Huddersfield Daily Examiner. "We've obviously worked a lot on our attack this week and it didn't take too long for us to feel the benefits.
"We were a lot more organised and everyone knew exactly what they were doing. As a result, it's helped build our confidence in our attack and in our systems, and now it's a case of making sure we build on that.
"Our defence has been very good this year – we've still the best in the competition so far this year – and now we're starting to focus more on getting our attack right, and it looks like it's paying off."
Next up for Huddersfield is a trip to face Hull FC on Friday night.
