Hull FC scrum half Marc Sneyd could face a ban of up to five matches after being charged by the Rugby Football League with dangerous contact on an opponent.
The 24-year-old will face a disciplinary hearing in Leeds tomorrow night for the last-ditch tackle he performed on Leeds Rhinos' Danny McGuire late on in Hull's 32-20 defeat on Sunday.
Sneyd was sent to the sin bin, with McGuire also receiving the same punishment for kicking out at his opponent in retaliation, but the Leeds man faces no further punishment.
A ban ranging between three and five matches could now be passed down to Sneyd during Tuesday's hearing at Red Hall.
