Wakefield Trinity Wildcats interim coach Stuart Dickens has hit out at the team following their defeat to Castleford Tigers.
The Wildcats suffered a 13th consecutive loss in Super League on Sunday as they were hammered 56-16 at St James' Park.
Wakefield remain at the bottom of the table with four points from 15 games.
"Our second half was not acceptable for the Super League," Dickens is quoted as saying by BBC Sport. "We weren't good enough and there's only the players that can get us out of this."
Wakefield announced before the match that veteran Australian coach Brian Smith would take charge of the team from June 8.
