Australia international Adam Ashley-Cooper has signed a two-year deal with Top 14 club Bordeaux Begles.
The 30-year-old will join the French side after next year's World Cup.
Ashley-Cooper, who can play on the wing or as a centre, has won over 100 caps for the Wallabies.
The experienced back currently plays his club rugby for New South Wales Waratahs.
"I am extremely grateful for my career in Australia and I want to thank the ARU (Australian Rugby Union) and the Waratahs for their support over the past decade," he is quoted as saying by Sky Sports News.
"Without them it would have been impossible for me to write this new chapter. I look forward to participating in the future after the World Cup."
Ashley-Cooper joined New South Wales Waratahs in 2012 following a spell with The Brumbies.
