England winger Dan Norton has revealed that he prefers late starts to competitions, having had to wait until the ninth game to feature on the opening day of rugby sevens at the Commonwealth Games.
England hammered Sri Lanka 57-0 in their first game, although they went into the match in the unusual position of having seen main Group D rivals Australia already play twice.
Simon Amor's side will now have two games in the evening session, but Norton believes that a late start being a help or hinderance would depend on the individual.
"It's either/or really, I think everyone is different. Some people are early, some people are late risers. For me, I enjoy the late start, not having to get up early. But we're focused and ready for the next two games now," Norton told Sports Mole.
England face Uganda before taking on the Aussies in the penultimate match of the first day at Ibrox.
