Former France flanker Serge Betsen has described George Ford as "one of the great talents" in the England team.
The Bath fly-half is expected to start for his country against Les Bleus in Paris on Saturday as both sides continue their preparations for the Rugby World Cup.
Betsen believes that France should keep a keen eye on Ford should the 22-year-old take to the field at the Stade de France.
"He's one of the great talents in this England team," he told the Daily Mail. "I think he brings more flair (to this team) with the way he plays rugby.
"You can see all year long with Bath; he's always willing to find some weakness against the other team. He moves the ball a lot. He's really willing to play an open game."
England beat France 19-14 at Twickenham Stadium last Saturday in their first Rugby World Cup warm-up game.
