England could reportedly have to make do without the services of George Ford for their tour of New Zealand later this summer.
The number 10 has been suffering with a shoulder injury for some time and it is believed that the decision has been taken for the 21-year-old to undergo surgery after he turns out for Bath in this Friday's Amlin Challenge Cup final.
As a result, with Owen Farrell and Stephen Myler unable to play in the first Test at Eden Park because of their participation in the Aviva Premiership final, it is likely that Danny Cipriani will be given the kicking duties, according to Sky Sports News.
To date, Ford has represented England on two occasions.
