England lock Geoff Parling has revealed that he is relishing Saturday's clash with France at Twickenham Stadium.
Stuart Lancaster's side play the first of three Rugby World Cup warm-up games this weekend, taking on old rivals Les Bleus.
After returning from a gruelling training camp in Denver, Parling admits that he is now excited about getting out on the pitch.
"I'm really looking forward to it," he told club Exeter Chiefs' official website. "The games have come about at the right time as there is only so much conditioning and gym work you can do before you're bursting at the seams to go out and play.
"As I said, I can't wait for the weekend and being at Twickenham and playing again. You can do all the training you want, the real test comes in games.
"We've enjoyed the camp so far and we just want to go out, play and win. We all want to be part of that and move on week to week. Right now the focus is solely on Saturday. Honestly, a lot of the lads are not feeling the external pressures that a lot of people are talking about."
Parling has been capped 23 times for England since 2012.
