Dylan Hartley claims that England can get the better of Australia in the upcoming three-Test series, which he describes as a "huge opportunity".

England captain Dylan Hartley has declared that his side will travel Down Under with the intention of toppling Australia in the upcoming three-Test series.

The Red Rose face a daunting task against the 2015 Rugby World Cup finalists, having failed to make any real impact during previous tours.

Hartley has vowed that England will give their all when the series gets underway next weekend, however, boosted by their recent Grand Slam success and victory over Wales at Twickenham seven days ago.

"Why can't we win the series? What's the point in going if we don't want to win it?" Sky Sports News quotes him as saying. "We've never won so it's a huge opportunity for us.

"I don't think there's any harm in saying we want to win the series, because what's the point in touring otherwise. This isn't just a make up the numbers game at the end of the season, we want to go down and challenge them."

England and Australia face off in Brisbane, Melbourne and Sydney, starting next Saturday at the Suncorp Stadium.
