Joe Launchbury has been recalled to the England XV for the final Test against New Zealand after a hamstring strain ruled Geoff Parling out of the match in Hamilton.
Parling picked up the injury during last weekend's 28-27 defeat in Dunedin, a result which guaranteed the All Blacks a series win following two close games.
Wasps forward Launcbury will slot into the second row alongside Courtney Lawes, whom he partnered in England's Six Nations campaign, with Bath lock Dave Attwood promoted to the bench.
Head coach Stuart Lancaster told reporters: "Geoff is not 100% right so Joe will start.
"Geoff has done a great job since coming back, but Joe and Courtney established themselves in the Six Nations and we're looking forward to them pairing up again."
Launchbury, 23, has been capped 21 times by England since debuting in 2012, scoring two tries.
