Matt Dawson has called for England to change their management team after they went out of the Rugby World Cup in the group stages.
Stuart Lancaster's side became the first host nation to exit a World Cup before the knockout phase, in arguably the lowest point in English rugby at a global tournament.
However, Dawson has called for immediate change at Twickenham after the 33-13 defeat to Australia.
He told BBC Sport: "I don't think you can keep the same management after that.
"You can't go out in the group stages of your own World Cup. Something needs to change."
England's exit means that Wales and Australia will meet next weekend to decide who finishes top of Pool A.
