Former England centre Will Greenwood has put pressure on Luther Burrell ahead of tonight's game away to France.
Burrell was expected to be an automatic selection for Stuart Lancaster's Rugby World Cup squad, but the form of Sam Burgess and Henry Slade has reportedly put this in doubt.
Burrell will start tonight against France, and Greenwood claims that he needs a big display.
He wrote in The Telegraph: "This is a player that was set to definitely go after contributing to an England back line in the Six Nations that scored more tries in the tournament than any England team since 2003.
"But Luther has been dragged into a dogfight. Burgess and Slade have done enough to stay in camp until Stuart Lancaster has his final selection meeting.
"This is why Luther must have game time Saturday, and why he will be under no illusions of what he needs to deliver."
Burrell has 12 international caps and has scored three tries.
