Toby Flood will start at fly-half ahead of Jonny Wilkinson for England's World Cup match against Georgia on Sunday, according to the Telegraph.
Wilkinson's form with the boot was put under the spotlight after he missed five penalties during England's narrow win against Argentina on Saturday.
Martin Johnson will also be looking to include captain Lewis Moody after a return from a knee injury sustained in the build-up to the tournament.
Alex Corbisiero is likely to replace Andrew Sheridan, who was ruled out of the competition on Wednesday with a shoulder injury.
