France coach Marc Lievremont's reported tense relationship with his critics is allegedly close to breaking point after he stormed out of a press conference on Saturday.
Lievremont was twice flustered by questions relating to team selection and whether he should have demanded that Toulouse release their utility back Jean-Marc Doussain earlier to join the World Cup squad.
Asked on Saturday why he didn't pressure Toulouse more, Lievremont said: "I'm not going back over this issue. We'll stop there." He then got up and walked away.
The 42-year-old's rotation of his teams has won him few friends in the French media since he took over four years ago.
Les Bleus next face Canada in Napier on Sunday morning.
