Sylvain Marconnet and Thomas Domingo have been omitted from France's 30-man World Cup squad.
Fabien Barcella had been expected to not make the trip to New Zealand next month, but instead coach Marc Lievremont left out Marconnet and Domingo.
"It was a difficult choice. I always said the best two props in France were Thomas [Domingo] and Fabian [Barcella] and I said I hoped to retain one in the squad, and that's the decision I've made," Lievremont said after his side's 26-22 victory over Ireland in Dublin.
Les Bleus begin their World Cup campaign on Saturday, September 10 against Japan.
