Ospreys hooker Richard Hibbard has insisted that a recall to the Wales team is not on his mind, despite a man-of-the-match-performance in his club's Heineken Cup opener.
Hibbard was instrumental as Ospreys beat Benetton Treviso 38-17 on Friday night.
The 28-year-old had been dropped by Wales caretaker coach Rob Howley after mistakes in the test series with Australia in June.
He responded with a career-best performance and has continued that form for his club, but says that an international recall is not on his mind.
"To be honest, Wales is not really on my mind," he said. "I want to take us forward with some big performances in the Heineken Cup. Anything that comes after that is a bonus."
Ospreys' next match is against Leicester Tigers next weekend.
