Heineken Cup champions Leinster have been drawn in the same pool that includes newcomers Exeter.
The new boys face a tough test in Pool 5 alongside the reigning champions as well as French outfit Clermont and Welsh side Scarlets.
This year's runners-up Ulster will go head to head with Northampton, Glasgow and Castres in Pool 4, while Munster are due to take on Edinburgh, Racing Metro and Saracens.
Current Aviva Premiership title holders Harlequins have been drawn in Pool 3 alongside Connacht, Biarritz and the Zebras.
