Ireland captain Paul O'Connell has insisted that he does not know if the upcoming Six Nations campaign will be his last.
Recent reports have suggested that at the age of 35, the lock may decide to call time on his career at some stage this year.
However, O'Connell has revealed that his focus remains on Ireland's defence of their Six Nations title over the next couple months, as well as the upcoming World Cup.
"I don't know whether this will be my last Six Nations. I won't prepare any differently. I want to go to the World Cup in as good a shape as possible," he told reporters.
To date, O'Connell has made 96 appearances for Ireland.
