Newport Gwent Dragons flanker Dan Lydiate has admitted that he has yet to decide who he will join at the end of the season.
The 24-year-old, who will depart the Welsh region outfit after seven seasons at the club, has been linked with Racing Metro in Paris.
"I've just told the Dragons I'll be moving on. I'm just focusing on getting fit and I'll make my decision in the new year," he told BBC Sport.
"I've been there seven seasons now, I need a change. I want to push myself a bit further you know, I just want a new challenge.
"It was a massive decision, it wasn't one that was done on the spur of the moment, it was done over some time. It's just time for a change for me."
Lydiate is currently recovering from a fractured ankle that he picked up against Edinburgh in September, an injury that ruled him out of Wales's autumn Test series.
