The Lions have terminated the contract of assistant coach Carlos Spencer with immediate effect.
Strength and conditioning coach Wayne Taylor has also had his contract terminated by the Johannesburg club.
"The Golden Lions Rugby Union announced that MTN Lions coaches Carlos Spencer (backline coach) and Wayne Taylor (conditioning coach) had their contracts terminated," said a club statement.
Former head coach John Mitchell was also released back in June amid speculation of a player revolt.
