Saracens have signed the duo of Jim Hamilton and Juan Figallo from Montpellier.
Scotland lock Hamilton has won 55 caps for his country, while Argentine prop Figallo has made 22 appearances for the Pumas.
Meanwhile, Sarries have also completed a move for England sevens wing Mike Ellery.
"After long and detailed negotiations, we are pleased to have finally secured each of our targets," director of rugby Mark McCall told the club's official website.
The club have also confirmed that they will make one other "major signing" this summer.
