Nat Saumi has admitted that while it will be difficult to depart as boss of Plymouth Albion, the time was right to return to his native Fiji.
Saumi has been in charge at the Brickfields since taking the position from Pete Drewett in February 2012, but he will leave his role at the club in the summer.
"I've been trying to go home for the last two years, but I keep coming back," Saumi told BBC Sport.
"But last season, with the problems in the club, I stayed behind to bring that stability."
The Fijian international has spent the past 17 years in South-West rugby.
