Scotland coach Vern Cotter has made 10 changes to the team that beat Japan, with the entire bench being promoted to the starting XV for Sunday's game against USA.
Cotter has rotated the squad to keep players from the 45-10 win fresh.
There are four new faces in the 23-man squad, with Tim Visser and Alasdair Strokosch starting at wing and back-row respectively, and Tim Swinson and Duncan Weir stepping onto the bench.
Henry Pyrgos, who captained Scotland over the summer, takes over from Greig Laidlaw as captain and to partner Finn Russell at half-back, while Peter Horne comes into the centre and Sean Maitland comes onto the wing.
Lock Richie Gray starts in place of brother Jonny, and Strokosch and Josh Strauss come in for Ryan Wilson and David Denton.
In the front-row, Ryan Grant, Fraser Brown and Jon Welsh make a straight swap for Alasdair Dickinson, Ross Ford and Willem Nel.
Scotland team: Hogg, Maitland, Bennett, Horne, Visser, Russell, Pyrgos; Grant, Brown, Welsh, R Gray, Gilchrist, Strokosch, Hardie, Strauss
Subs: Ford, Dickinson, Nel, Swinson, Wilson, Laidlaw, Weir, Scott
Sunday's game will kick off at 2.30pm.
