A statement on Toulon's official website has revealed that Bryan Habana will join the French club at the end of the season.
The 29-year-old, who currently represents Western Province, won the 2007 World Cup with South Africa.
"After Australian wing Drew Mitchell, South African Bryan Habana will garnish the ranks of the 'Red and Black' for the next two seasons," read the statement.
Habana has won 83 caps for his country.
