Wales lock Bradley Davies and Ireland flanker Stephen Ferris have been cited for foul play following their respective tackles during their Six Nations meeting last weekend.
Both players will face further action after they were punished during Wales's 23-21 win over Ireland in Dublin on Sunday.
Ferris was yellow-carded for his dangerous tackle on Wales second-row Ian Evans, while Davies was also cautioned for his challenge on Irish replacement Donnacha Ryan.
The duo will face an independent disciplinary committee for their hearings on Wednesday.
