Wales captain Sam Warbuton returns to the squad to face Australia following his suspension from the World Cup, while Adam Jones and Paul James miss out due to injury.

Wales coach Warren Gatland has made six changes to his national side to face Australia this weekend, with Shane Williams hanging up his boots after the final whistle.

The 34-year-old wing, who is Wales's most capped player, will make his 87th and final appearance for the national team in Cardiff on Saturday.

"It does not often happen in professional sport that a player gets the opportunity to call time on his international career then play one last match like this one in front of his home fans and the people he has given so much joy and entertainment to," said Gatland.

"Saturday is a great opportunity for the fans to show Shane what he has meant to them and we all hope to send him off on the right note."

Captain Sam Warbuton returns to the side alongside Scott Williams, Rhys Priestland and Lloyd Williams.

Adam Jones, Paul James, Alun Wyn-Jones and Jonathan Davies will not feature in the game due to injuries while Mike Philips and James Hook are also absent.

Wales squad: 15 Leigh Halfpenny, 14 George North, 13 Scott Williams, 12 Jamie Roberts, 11 Shane Williams, 10 Rhys Priestland, 9 Lloyd Williams, 1 Gethin Jenkins, 2 Huw Bennett, 3 Scott Andrews, 4 Bradley Davies, 5 Ian Evans, 6 Dan Lydiate, 7 Sam Warburton (c), 8 Toby Faletau

Replacements: 16 Matthew Rees, 17 Ryan Bevington, 18 Ryan Jones, 19 Justin Tipuric, 20 Tavis Knoyle, 21 Dan Biggar, 22 Alex Cuthbert
