Team GB duo Luke Patience and Stuart Bithell claimed silver in the men's 470 event this afternoon.
Patience and Bithell went into the event in second place overall and with a chance of claiming gold, but Australia's Mathew Belcher and Malcolm Page produced a strong final race to deny the British pair.
Patience and Bithell finished fourth in the medal race, 28 seconds behind Argentina's Lucas Calabrese and Juan de la Fuente, who took bronze.
Croatia's Sime Fantela and Igor Marenic won the final race, but could only finish sixth overall.
