Team Scotland's Hannah Miley has taken gold ahead of England's Aimee Willmott in the final of the 400m individual medley on Thursday night.
Miley trailed by almost a second at the turn to begin the final freestyle discipline, but had taken the lead by the time they entered the final 50m.
There was a huge roar of support for the home favourite as she extended her lead and ultimately broke the Games record that she had set earlier in the day with 4:31.76, which was 1.25s ahead of Willmott.
Bronze went to Keryn Mcmaster of Australia, but she was a long way behind the first two.
