Great Britain's 4x100m relay team have missed out on a medal in the final, finishing fifth overall.
The Australian team put out their fastest swimmer first and he took them into a strong early lead.
Their following swimmers managed to maintain the lead, despite the gap being closed, and Australia finished in a Paralympic record time of 3:50.17.
China finished strongly but had to settle for silver with their 3:51.68, while Russian Federation took bronze, posting a 3:51.68.
