Ellie Simmonds has won another Paralympics gold, this time in the SM6 200m medley in a world-record time.
Simmonds was behind Verena Schott at the final turn but powered through with her strongest leg, the front crawl, to set a new record of 3:05.39.
Schott just clung on to silver ahead of ParalympicsGB's Natlie Jones, who took bronze with 3:14.29.
