Great Britain's Sean Fraser has finished third in the men's S8 100m freestyle heat.
The British hopeful faced a tough contest at the Aquatics Centre and failed to come out of the blocks quickly, which hampered his overall timing.
Maurice Deelen of the Netherlands started off the strongest by taking an early lead and managed to maintain his place on top after the turn.
Despite a quick start, Deelan slipped back slightly, which allowed China's Wang Yinan to launch to the front of the pool and claim the quickest qualifying time of 58.97s.
Fraser booked his place into tonight's final in a time of 1:00.78.
