Team GB's women's 4x100m freestyle relay team have edged into the final after they finished fourth in their semi-final race.
The quartet were the slowest out of the eight finalists but stand an outside chance of a medal after their time was only half a second slower than the third fastest qualifiers, the Netherlands.
Australia topped the qualifying times, but they were just a fifth of a second faster than main rivals USA.
The final will take place on Saturday evening at 8.43pm.
