Great Britain's Rachael Kelly has narrowly missed out on a spot in the final of the women's 100m butterfly at the World Swimming Championships in Kazan.
Sweden's Sara Sjostrom broke the world record to set the fastest time, finishing the distance in 55.74 seconds.
Kelly, who needed a swim-off in the morning session to secure her spot in the last 16, finished 12th overall, just 0.22 seconds off a spot in the final.
The medals will be decided at the Kazan Arena tomorrow.
