Team GB's Jade Jones has cruised through to the quarter-finals in the women's -57kg taekwondo event at the European Games in Baku.
The Olympic champion thrashed Despina Pilavaki of Cyprus 9-1 in her preliminary round tie, setting up a quarter-final with Hungary's Edina Kotsis later today.
Jones looked the stronger of the two taekwondokas throughout, landing two offensive kicks to the head while her opponent only managed to connect with one kick throughout the three rounds.
Once the Great Britain fighter had taken the lead, Pilavaki never closed the gap to less than three, allowing Jones to ease to the win.
