Former world number one Caroline Wozniacki proved too strong for Ukrainian Lesya Tsurenko when the pair met in round three of the Australian Open on Saturday.
Tsurenko edged ahead three times in the opening set by breaking Wozniacki's serve, but on all three occasions the Dane responded by breaking straight back in the following game.
Wozniacki then broke for a fourth time to seal the first set, before Tsurenko kicked off the second by winning to love on her opponent's serve.
Unfortunately for Tsurenko, her serving frailties continued, with Wozniacki winning 65% of receiving points, helping her prevail 6-4 6-3 after 79 minutes.
Wozniacki will face Svetlana Kuznetsova in the last 16, after the Russian dispatched Carla Suarez Navarro 6-2 4-6 6-3.
