Andy Murray has eased into the third round of the Cincinnati Open with a comfortable straight-sets victory over American Sam Querrey.
The defending champion was rarely troubled in the opening set as he romped to a 6-2 victory.
It was a similar story in the second as the Olympic gold and silver medallist broke the 24-year-old in the opening game to take control.
However, he had to save two break points before he could seal the win 6-4.
Murray's opponent in round three is Jeremy Chardy following the Frenchman's triumph over Denis Istomin.
