USA have reduced Great Britain's lead in their Davis Cup tie to 2-1 after the pairing of Bob Bryan and Mike Bryan defeated Colin Fleming and Dominic Inglot in four sets.
The brothers dropped the third set, but they never looked in danger of losing out to the Great Britain duo and easily ran out 6-2 6-3 3-6 6-1 winners.
Fleming and Inglot made a shaky start to the middle fixture of the five-match tie, and that allowed the world number ones to coast to a two-set lead.
Great Britain broke serve for the first time in the third set to reduce the deficit, but they couldn't maintain their form in the fourth as the US took the tie to the final day.
On Friday, Andy Murray and James Ward had given their side an excellent start on the clay, defeating Donald Young and Sam Querrey respectively in the opening singles' rubbers.
