Novak Djokovic has booked his place in the fourth round of the French Open thanks to a 6-4 6-4 6-4 victory over Thanasi Kokkinakis.
The top seed, who is bidding for his first victory at Roland Garros, was dominant throughout the opening set to ensure that Kokkinakis had very little opportunity to make a dent on his serve and one break was enough to hand the Serb the lead.
An early finish looked to be on the cards when Kokkinakis lost his serve in the first game of the second set, but the Australian recovered to win every other point on serve in the set.
However, it wasn't enough to peg back Djokovic, who continued to look comfortable on his own serve as he charged into a 2-0 lead.
The toughest test for Djokovic came in the third game of the next set when he was forced to save break point on four occasions before securing the hold.
A break arrived in the fifth game for the world number one and there would be no late response as Djokovic wrapped up the win.
