The fifth seed will face home favourite Jo-Wilfried Tsonga for a spot in the last four.
A clinical Nishikori took the opening set 6-3 thanks to a single break of serve before a solid start helped him to claim the second 6-4.
The Japanese's dominance continued in the third as he powered into a 4-1 lead, allowing him to serve out the one-sided encounter 6-3 6-4 6-2.
